By the end of this program you will…
You will have embraced greater authenticity, self-love, and self-expression, learned how to enhance the quality of your life experience, and awakened to your larger, more expanded self.
PROGRAM DETAILS - The 4 Phases
As we journey together, we will go through 4 major phases. Not necessarily in order as life is organic and so are the somatic embodied sessions.
1: Establishing the foundation for expansion.
Attunement & establishing the relationship.
Rooting down and building the foundation for a welcoming, loving and non-judgemental container.
The relationship between the practitioner and the client is the foundation upon which the container is built. During this phase, we focus on discovering what safety means and feels like for you, while also uncovering the pathway to increased energy flow, self-expression, and truth.
The safer and more accepting the environment, the more willing you will be to express all aspects of yourself that you may not feel comfortable sharing in your personal or professional life.
Transformation begins by practising bringing your whole self while staying grounded and present in your body.
2: Moving & Expressing
Getting attuned to one’s energy and developing capacity to tolerate expansion, self-expression and the circulation of your vitality.
During this process, you will learn to identify and feel your energetic defence structures, find your voice, and use movement to access your truth, insight, and wisdom.
After phase two, you will begin to understand in your body what happens when you block or collapse your energy, how this impacts your relationships and invites undesired outcomes in your life. You will also begin to understand the impact of allowing your energy to move, and expressing your authentic self by standing in your truth.
3: Beyond the walls, protection and masks.
Developing profound self awareness.
During this phase, we will tune into the energy of the created idealized self 'mask.' We will become sensitive to your needs, desired and undesired behaviours, and attentive to how you make decisions. We will explore the true intention behind your decisions and actions.
After completing phase 3, you will have a heightened sense of your body's wisdom. You will also be more aware of your energetic defence mechanisms, and self-sabotaging patterns. Equipped with new tools and perspectives, you will navigate your personal and professional relationships with greater confidence, clarity, and self-love.
4 : Shadow and the mischievous self reclaimed.
Revealing, welcoming and integrating the shadow self (the unconscious/mischievous self)
We all have a duality within us, consisting of conscious and unconscious parts, both light and dark, that make up our psyche. However, we often neglect to address the subconscious shadow side of ourselves, which takes pleasure in staying separate, punishing others, pushing people away, and rebelling in twisted ways, all in an effort to avoid feeling pain.
During and after phase 4, you will learn more about your shadow universe. This place was created to avoid feeling deep wounds and has been protecting you by creating separation from or sabotaging what you consciously want in your life. You will also learn how to make contact with these places to integrate them into your being.
There is no endgame or final outcome.
This work is about your evolution - your constant growth as you cultivate deeper self-awareness, acquire new tools, expand your consciousness, tolerate more energy flow, embody new perspectives, make empowered choices, trust yourself more, and cultivate wisdom.
THIS JOURNEY INCLUDES
1:1 Somatic Embodiment Sessions
These sessions are the foundation of our work together. In a non-judgmental space we will uncover what is holding you back from loving yourself, embodying your truth, holding boundaries, opening your heart and welcoming much more vitality and joy. This journey includes 6 somatic embodiment sessions of 75 minutes each.
Homeplay
Homeplay is an additional support for your journey. This weekly tool will help you assimilate and integrate the Somatic Embodiment sessions. You will receive Homeplay instructions at the end of each session, as well as a descriptive email.
A weekly check-in email
You'll receive an email with 3 check-in questions. The questions invites reflection on the suggested embodiment practices in the Homeplay, which are designed to help cultivate greater awareness and integration.
Voice message response via Telegram.
You will receive a voicemail response from me regarding your check-in email response. We can then go back and forth via voicemail between sessions if you have any questions or need additional support.
Support Calls
You will have access to support calls when deep struggles arise.
